Brandon Blakeman, AIA

Founding Principal
Brandon is an winning Architect and creative entrepreneur with a passion for infll multi-family housing
and civic spaces that improve social conditions.

Brandon realized early in his career that architecture and development models have not evolved with the needs of modern society, specifically as it relates to housing. He founded Magic Animals to integrate the Architect, Developer, Client, and Contractor into one company, restructuring the traditional model of design and development.

Brandon draws from his large breath of experience in both architecture and real estate development. His notable works include the West Hollywood library, affordable housing for veterans, many micro-unit infill projects and a Climate Resiliency Center which will be San Diego's first all mass-timber building.
