Duplex-icate explores expansion and contraction of space as it shifts from single family to multi-family housing. It can begin as two units with ability to convert into a single family home. The ground floor can become a live/work or shopkeepers unit if the placement necessitates ground floor activation.
Duplex-icate can aggregate around a site as an infill development or as fee simple homes.
